Utilizando una perfeccionada, sencilla, rigurosa y efectiva metodologia, se estudia como un todo integrado la politica deportiva durante la gestion de gobierno del presidente Hugo Chavez, al mismo tiempo que se analiza cada uno de sus componentes (juego, educacion fisica, deporte y recreacion) por separado, concluyendo con proposiciones en el ambito nacional y continental. Particularmente, se incorporo el analisis de la Ley Organica de Deporte, Actividad Fisica y Educacion Fisica, aprobada en agosto 2011, y de las proyecciones gubernamentales del mismo ano. Considerando aspectos teorico-conceptuales y concretos, las propuestas estan orientadas a contribuir con la construccion colectiva de el Sistema Socialista de Juego, Educacion Fisica, Deporte Y Recreacion, y comprenden el basamento juridico-legal, las dimensiones de juego, educacion fisica, deporte y recreacion y la dimension integracionista latinoamericana y caribena. Presentandose una proposicion de Especializacion en Deporte, Politica Publica e Integracion, para adelantar la formacion de recursos humanos en America Latina y el Caribe."
