Thus, amid all these problems what is the leadership response to help bring a better understanding of the crises faced by the people in the educational institutions. Various responses are found, but one of the most important one is to have leadership that is knowledgeable about the problem, keen to fight it, and support the victims. Even, finding ways of mitigating the difficulties brought by this crises by talking about the effects, bringing in experts, and also having practical examples that can help to bring in messages about HIV/AIDS.

Andrew Mtamira is a holder of BA in Theology and Philosophy, and also has an MA ed in educational Management and Leadership from University of London. He has special interest in education and community organisation. He hopes to pursue more studies in these areas in future.
