By conducting various type of physical, chemical and instrumental tests were done to determine whether the product is photo sensitive or not in various conditions (control, direct sunlight, normal light, 25watt and 40watt light condition). Some tests include, physical tests (hardness, thickness, weight variation, friability, color etc.), UV-Spectroscopy. It was observed that the potency of Angenta®was decreased gradually in various conditions after light exposure and radiation may hamper the content uniformity of the tablet. 136 pp. Englisch.
