It is a brief description of a work of about 15 years done at the National Institute for Laser, Plasma and Radiation Physics - Magurele, Romania . We present also some experimental data which fit very well with the theory.

About the Author:
Dr. Mihai Oane obtained the Master Degree in Nuclear Physics in 1998 and a Ph.D. in theoretical laser processing in 2009 with SUMMA CUM LAUDE, both at Bucharest University. He published 60 papers and participated at numerous stages and conferences, as for example: G.S.I. Darmstadt, C.E.R.N. Geneva, I.C.T.P. Trieste, Denver and Taipei.
