Excluding women in politics means excluding them from development.In that way,development could not at all be comprehensive and all-embarcing because women in every society are the majority.Hence not including them means it would be only half change or incomplete change. This is clearly seen in developing countries including Ethiopia.First and foremost the political particiaption of women should be enhanced through a number of mechanisms.In so long as they remain inactive in politics they would always remain to be the most oblivion ones. All segments of the societies both sexes alike should recongnize and create propitious situation whereby women could become active players of politics.Otherwise the world will not show much progress in all fields of studies.
