Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich BWL - Beschaffung, Produktion, Logistik, Note: 1,3, Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, früher: Berufsakademie Stuttgart, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Lagerlogistik erfordert heutzutage flexible und anpassungsfähige Lagersysteme, damit komplexe und effektive Lagerung möglich ist. Das Lager wird dabei in verschiedene Lagerbereiche unterteilt, so dass eine größtmögliche Anpassung an die individuellen Bedürfnisse gewährleistet werden kann. Jeder Bereich hat wegen unterschiedlicher Vor- und Nachteile eine spezielle Funktion in einem Lager. Einer der Lagerbereiche ist das Blocklager, das durch seine flexiblen Eigenschaften häufig Verwendung findet, jedoch meist wegen mangelnder Größe nicht als ein eigenständiges Lager angesehen und verwaltet wird. Aus diesem Grund fehlt diese Lagerart in der standardisierten Software viad@t der Firma viastore systems GmbH. Es wurden zwar schon für einzelne Projekte Blocklager softwaretechnisch implementiert, jedoch nicht als eigenständige Funktionalität in den Softwarestandard aufgenommen. Da bei der weiteren Entwicklung der Lagerverwaltungssoftware viad@t geplant ist, die Funktionalität des Blocklagers zu implementieren, soll eine Grundlage geschaffen werden, auf der die Entwicklung umgesetzt wird. Durch die Analyse der einzelnen Geschäftsprozesse sowie deren Ablauf bildet diese Arbeit das grundlegende Grobkonzept dazu. Sie verdeutlicht, wie die Prozesse in den einzelnen Schritten transparent ablaufen. Wegen der vorhandenen Bedienungslogik von viad@t muss darauf geachtet werden, die verschiedenen Arbeitsgänge darin einzubetten. Im ersten Teil der Arbeit wird die Theorie der Blocklagerung beschrieben. Unter diesem Abschnitt wird das Blocklager näher definiert und die Anforderungen allgemein zusammengefasst. Weiterhin wird auf mögliche Betriebsarten und markante Schnittstellen beispielsweise zu anderen Lagerbereichen näher eingegangen. Am Ende des Kapitels werden die wichtigsten
