About the Author
Dipl-Ing. Jürgen Gänßmantel leitet sein Ingenieurbüro als selbstständiger Servicepartner für mineralische Werkstoffe im Bauwesen. Er ist seit 2001 öffentlich bestellter und vereidigter Sachverständiger für mineralische Werkstoffe im Bauwesen. Außerdem hält er fach- und führungsspezifische Seminare. Dipl-Ing. Astrid Schau ist Inhaberin eines Ingenieurbüros und Geschäftsführerin einer Baubetreuungsgesellschaft. Außerdem ist sie als zertifizierte Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinatorin, Gutachterin für die Immobilienbewertung sowie Sachkundige für Bauschäden und Baumängel tätig. Dipl-Ing. Gerd Geburtig ist Inhaber der gleichnamigen Planungsgruppe. Er hält Gastvorlesungen an der Bauhausuniversität Weimar und gibt fachspezifische Seminare. Weiterhin ist er als Freier Sachverständiger tätig und Mitglied im Deutschen Nationalkomitee von ICOMOS.
