Book Description Hardcover. Condition: new. Hardcover. Jh. v. Chr.) zuruck. [The Origins of Old Testament Apocalypticism] In scholarly research about Old Testament apocalyptic texts the following questions are discussed: How can the phenomenon of apocalypticism be defined? What is the core that all apocalyptic texts share? Can the prophetic tradition of Israel be considered as its main source of apocalypticism, or did .
