About the Author

Caroline Mignot is a food writer for magazines such as Maison française, Prima, Régal, L'Hotellerie-Restauration, the newspaper 'Le Monde'. She is the author of 'Mignot, le guide des bonnes tables de Paris' (First, 2008 & 2009) and was one of the first journalists to create a blog in 2006 (www.tableadecouvert.com). She is always in search of the best pastries, new restaurants, passionate chefs, and legendary artisans. Pierre-Olivier Signe is a photographer specialising in places, movie theatres, concerts, and travel. With degrees in cinematography and graphic arts, he has worked for top media groups such as Disney, Canal +, and MTV. He is the photographer of 'The Film Lover s Paris' (Éditions du Chêne). Yann Le Bras is an illustrator. He lives, works, and eats lemon tarts in Nantes, in his workshop, 'Radar.
