About Bev Janisch

Bev Janisch is on a mission to end "Soul Hunger" and the suffering that arises when a woman's outer life is not in alignment with her soul.  

As a transformational coach and certified meditation teacher, Bev began coaching and teaching meditation and mindfulness after leaving a 30-year career in nursing and undergoing her own inner journey to find greater health, happiness, and fulfillment. Bev intended to follow the well-worn path of enjoying her early "retirement," but the universe had other ideas for her. Bev's soul was summoning her to a life with deeper meaning and purpose. Meditation and mindfulness became the tools that enabled Bev to quiet her mind so that her soul could speak. 

Bev's approach to meditation is not aligned with any particular religious or spiritual tradition.

Bev is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher and personal transformation coach. In addition to formal training in meditation and mindfulness, Bev has a Master's degree in Nursing and brings an in-depth understanding of the mind-body connection to her work. Bev began coaching and teaching meditation and mindfulness after leaving a 30-year career in nursing and undergoing her own inner journey to find greater health, happiness, and fulfillment. Bev's approach to meditation is not aligned with any particular religious or spiritual traditions. Rather she integrates varied tools that are helpful for the unique needs of each individual or group. She believes in a person-centered approach to meditation rather than trying to "fit" into a box of a specific meditation tradition. Bev is passionate about sharing tools in order for people to experience physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and resilience.
