: J. Scott Duvall is chair of the department of Biblical Studies and the J. C. and Mae Fuller Professor of New Testament at Ouachita Baptist University where he teaches Life of Christ, Revelation, New Testament Greek Exegesis, Spiritual Formation, and Interpreting the Bible. Scott attended Southwestern Theological Seminary (M.Div. and Ph.D.) before joining the Ouachita faculty in 1989. Duvall has authored or co-authored numerous books, including the award-winning commentary on Revelation in the Teach the d104 series (Baker), Grasping God's Word, 3d ed. (Zondervan), and Experiencing God's Story (Kregel).
