About the Author
Author JOHN C. BRIDGMAN lives with his wife in Wichita Falls, Texas, where he is president of Bridgman Consulting and is on the Board of Regents at Midwestern State University. His two-step principle of determination and dedication helped him win his own weight loss battle. Co-author AMY D. BRADSHAW is a Wellness Specialist at the Center for Lifestyle Enhancement, a department of the Medical Center of Plano in Plano, Texas. Bradshaw follows a well-rounded philosophy of both diet and exercise that, implemented in today's busy society, allows her clients to receive enjoyment from their choices, rather than feeling continual deprivation.
