About the Author:

Moya Simons was born in Moree, NSW, but has spent most of her life in Bondi. She took up writing after being encouraged by her children and her first book, published by Omnibus in 1993, was called lggy from Outer Space. She has been writing ever since, producing many humorous works of fiction for the 8-12 year old market. Some of her books include the popular Dead... series and Totally... books and she has also written for Aussie Bites and Aussie Chomps. In addition to this, Moya also regularly visits schools and talks to kids about writing.
