About the Author:

Cécile Le Hingrat has more than one trick in her hat. She has already written several books for bread machines (300 Recipes, 100 Bread Machine Recipes and Four Seasons with a Bread Machine (boxed set) (which sold 200,000 copies). She has often been interviewed on the radio and television for these books. Today, she is creating all the original recipes for the new series based on dairy products.
