About the Author:

Toon Tellegen is one of Holland s most celebrated writers for both children and adults. He started his literary career as a poet, and began writing for children in the mid-1980s. In his dreamlike animal stories, Toon explores his fascination with the incomprehensible and unpredictable side of human behavior.
