About the Author:

Henry Stedman is a walker of considerable experience, having hiked in many parts of Europe, Asia and Africa, and he has been writing guidebooks for more than 15 years. He's the author and co-author of six other guides from Trailblazer: Dales Way, Kilimanjaro, Dolomites Trekking, Coast to Coast Path, Exmoor & North Devon Coast Path and Dorset & South Devon Coast Path.

Daniel McCrohan updated this edition. He is a veteran travel writer who has written articles, television scripts, travel apps, and more than 25 guidebooks to destinations ranging from Chittagong to Chengdu. He lived in China for more than a decade and specialised in writing about Asia, but he is from the UK, and relishes any opportunity he gets to explore his homeland, especially if it means another chance to go camping!
