From the Author:
Any true reality-based college guide is by default humorous
When I first got into college I was so clueless about things I thought that Greek letters referred to some weird religious organization, and kept almost all of my possessions locked in the closet in my (triple) dorm room because my mom had warned me that the son one of her friends had a sweatshirt ripped off. Needless to say I didn't make the best first impression with my two roommates. If you don't have an older brother or sister, nobody prepares you for what college is really like. Hopefully this book can serve as a surrogate older brother or sister. Like an older sibling, we tried to dish the true dirt, with chapters on everything from studying to pizza to drinking - all often daily parts of collegiate lives. This book is filed in the humor section because we tried to relay the information in a lively tone, but rest assured that we will give you a full overview of an institution that can seem quite intimidating when you're a wide-eyed high school graduate.
