Kate Marr Kippenberger writes a daily column for 'The Press' newspaper in Christchurch, New Zealand. She was inspired to write the column after coping and dealing with very difficult life circumstances. She has a masters degree in applied psychology, is married with one child and lives in Auckland. Her first book, 'Soul Food', was a best-seller and sold internationally.
