Tae Kwon Do is a sport, a martial art, a fun way to keep fit and means of self-defence that is suited to the modern age. About the Author
Dave Oliver has devoted his left to Tae Kwon Do and has done more to promote and develop this martial art than any other individual. He is a seventh Dan black belt and former British champion and international. He is president of Tae Kwon Do International and chairman of the Tae Kwon Do Association of GB.
