This chunky little book is a timely remainder of just how many amazing designers have worked for London Transport and London Underground over the years. It's full of gorgeous Thirties stations, posters and station murals by Games, Man Ray and Tom Eckersley, and numerous images of a London that simply no longer exists.

About the Author:

Oliver Green was the first curator of the Museum of London Transport in Covent Garden, London, and the author of several books on London Transport, including Underground Art and Designed for London. He is currently head of museum services for Buckinghamshire County Council.
