Changes in our shopping habits and the growth of farmer's markets are covered, along with information on traceability, organic box schemes and internet shopping. Many new recipes and variations have been added and others have been updated to reflect new trends in vegetable varieties and gardening habits, and the increasing availability of more `exotic' ingredients.
