Dr Ronald Clements moved with his wife, Anne, and young daughters to China in 1986, where he lectured in Civil Engineering at a university in Fujian Province until 1996. Ronald, author of Point Me to the Skies, is now a full-time writer and researcher living in Kent. Steve Metcalf has now retired and is living in the UK.
