At the heart of this book is the idea that we do not get ill if we have the right sort of energy to resist any illness, or put another way if we have sufficient vitality. Vitality is created, can be taught and caught and is the single most important aspect to our health - yet it tends to be ignored too often. A lack of vitality develops into different diseases depending on how it is distorted; this distortion always comes from an inner conflict, once this is solved the disease disappears. Thus Vitality looks at recognized illnesses like infections, tumors, panic attacks etc. and the mechanism by which they may be caused. About the Author

John Boulderstone Bsc MARH POCH RCSTA is a professional homeopath with own practice, a craniosacral therapist and a trained yoga teacher. He began his professional career in 1978 teaching maths, then became interested in homeopathy and, in a desire to understand health and disease better, he decided to change paths. John has appeared on television and published several articles and a book on homeopathy. In 1996 he developed the remarkable technique of Life Force Healing, on which he currently teaches courses, both in the UK and abroad, as well as running Yoga Teacher Training and Meditation Courses. He is one of the few people in the world who has successfully treated phantom limb pain, and he has also had impressive results with multiple sclerosis patients, utilizing Life Force Healing. He also treats HIV patients at the Terence Higgins Trust in London.
