Matthew Drennan is a renowned chef and award-winning author, creating recipes and writing for a host of national magazines. Matthew trained and worked as a chef in his native Cork in Southern Ireland, and worked in several top restaurants before becoming a food journalist and author of a number of successful cookbooks.
