About the Author

Following a 16-year career in children s publishing, Marcus Sedgwick became an author. His books have been shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal and the Guardian Children s Book Prize. Alison Jay is a graduate of the London College of Printing and the critically acclaimed illustrator of many books for children, including Christmas Time, Welcome to the Zoo and Nursery Rhyme Rainbow.
