John Radford, author of Glenfiddich award-winning The New Spain, is an unrivalled specialist in Spanish and fortified wines. He is a consultant to the Spanish Commercial Office and lectures for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. Stephen Brook's books Liquid Gold: Dessert Wines of the World and Sauternes and Other Sweet Wines of Bordeaux have confirmed his status as a leading expert on sweet wines.
