Diane Z. Shore and Jessica Alexander have been writing children's books together for more than a decade. They've discovered that collaborating is much more fun than writing alone. Jessica lives in Nashville and spends most of her days writing about science. Diane lives in Atlanta with her husband and Marbles, her tabby cat.

Kelly Canby moved to Australia at age three, around the same age she started playing with pencils and crayons. Only a few years later, she knew she wanted to make art for the rest of her life. Since earning a Bachelor of Arts in Design, Kelly has applied her edgy, quirky style to the pages of picture books, chapter books, early reader books, and beyond.
