About the Author:

Mr. Lowe attended the University of Souther Mississippi located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and graduated in June of 1962 with a bachelors degree in architectural engineering. Upon graduation, Mr. Lowe was employed with the General Electric company at the John C. Stennis Space Flight Center in their Master Planning Program during the Apollo Space Program.
