Meena Kandasamy is a poet, fiction writer, translator, and activist. She has published two collections of poetry, Touch and Ms. Militancy, and the critically acclaimed novel, The Gypsy Goddess, which was longlisted for the Dylan Thomas Prize and the DSC Prize in 2015. She currently lives in Chennai and London.
