Ruth Palmer is an experienced and extremely versatile illustrator. She studied Art and Illustrations at Harrow College of Art, Middlesex, England. For the past twenty years she has been illustrating many children's books both educational and fictional in the UK and the USA. She lives in beautiful Devon, England.
