About the Author:

Currently the William Marcellus McPheeters Professor of Old Testament Emeritus at Columbia Theological Seminary, as well as a popular speaker and author, Walter Brueggemann is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, currently residing in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the author of over 50 books, hundreds of articles and several commentaries on books of the Bible. Many consider him to be the world's leading interpreter of the Old Testament. Tim Scorer (video facilitator and author of the Participant s Workbook) is an educator, writer, facilitator, retreat leader and spiritual director who lives on Bowen Island near Vancouver in Canada. He works part-time in adult faith formation at St. Andrew s Wesley United Church in Vancouver.
