Until his military retirement in 1960, he observed many such objects, and in his capacity as air intelligence officer, reported many sightings around the world under various Air Force UFO data collection programs. In 1959 he was first contacted by space beings and channeled their messages to small groups of interested people. In 1962, Mr. Pestalozzi was contacted for the first time by the ethereal being whose name is Baloran. Letters to You from Baloran is the result of over two years of communications with Baloran.
