About the Author:

Gwen was born in Scotland, grew up in Jamaica, and then moved to Nevis. After teaching mathematics and physics for seven years in the Eastern Caribbean, she opened her own tutoring business on the beautiful island of Saba. She has observed the effect of her students’ thoughts on their self-esteem and productivity. She asserts that success has more to do with confidence than abilities. She recommends a variety of techniques that she has found helpful, including meditation, energy therapies, and breathing techniques and she guides others in expanding their awareness so that they notice and bring into their lives what will produce success.
