Laura and Peter Zeranski are a husband-and-wife team who have been cooking and eating classic Polish food together for decades. They were participants in the Library of Congress National Book Festival and their title Polish Classic Desserts won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award for Best Eastern European Cookbook in the USA.
