Searching for the meaning and sacred of everyday life.
Hi, I believe that deep within each of us is the light of the spirit that will guide us if we let it shine. The ideas, meditations and stories in this book try to help you find that light from within, and show you that the details and stories of your life are extraordinary and meaningful. As a rabbi, I have met countless people who struggle with boredom and lack of purpose and who face tragedy and unwanted twists and turns. I bring you their stories, as well as my own, as we try to find hope and spiritual comfort. There is a fine line between spirituality and overly sweet cotton candy. There is a vague boundary between the story that is simply self indulgent and one that speaks to what we all have in common.
