A Great Beginner's Program!!
This workout was designed for my parents, who are like many Americans. They work, come home, eat dinner, watch an hour or so of TV and go to bed. Their excuse WAS - they never have time to exercise - well I developed a program that did not interfere with their busy schedule AND only required minutes a day. They did their exercises during commericals!!

Believe it or not - for those of you who cannot sustain a 30-40 minute continuous cardio-vascular exercise workout - this program will challenge you a bit. After all - something is better than nothing...

Now - don't misunderstand me, I am not making claims that this will have you running marathons in no time. Quite the contrary, I am saying that this beginner's guide to fitness will make you more flexible, increase your muscle tone and lose a few inches. It will also give you more confidence in yourself to maybe join a health club OR buy a tougher exercise program.

Regardless - at worst it make a great gift for your loved ones who need to start an exercise routine but do not know where to begin looking...
