The most current volume on the market balances practitioner-oriented, real-world pieces with scholarly research articles.
This edition’s readings look at topics such as the battle for control over state courts; voter ID laws; state advocacy efforts; city bankruptcies; and law enforcement reforms and issues in the aftermath of Ferguson. Section introductions authored by Kevin B. Smith provide indispensable context for the readings.
