Davis). CHIP R. BELL is an indepAndent consultant who has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, addressed numerous major national conferences, and authored many journal articles and several books including Influencing: Marketing Ideas That Matter, Instructing for Results (with Fredric Margoilis), and Clients and Consultants: Effective Techniques for the Adult Classroom (with Leonard Nadler).
