Synopsis
La magnífica obra, ¨La Vida de un Escolar¨, de Don Fernando León Ríos, nos narra como eran de difícil aquellos tiempos en la zona Sur de Costa Rica. Las personas que querían aprender a leer y a escribir tenían que sacrificarse y caminar varias horas descalzos para poder llegar al centro escolar a instruirse y llenarse de conocimiento. Los materiales eran muy escasos y lograr educarse no era tan simple en aquel entonces de antaño no tan lejano. Hoy, en una sociedad avanzada tecnológicamente y donde gozamos de muchos privilegios como el Internet, caminos en condiciones aceptables, transporte público y demás, da tristeza ver la cantidad de estudiantes que pierden tiempo valioso de sus vidas sin sacar el provecho máximo al sistema educativo Costarricense. También, cabe mencionar que muchos medios de comunicación de hoy son responsables por no brindar una cobertura de comunicación rica en cultura y cosas de beneficio al ser humano, en lo histórico, financiero, crecimiento, superación personal, y motivación que es tan necesario para que nuestra juventud se forjen como ciudadanos y fuerza laboral efectiva.
