Demands copy thereof, to answer thereunto at the next Court day. Burgo masters and Schepens considering the case ask parties if they are willing to submit their difference to them, not in the quality of Judges but as Moderators Answer, Yes. They, therefore in such capacity render as award, that deft. Shall have to pay pltf. Instead of fifty one guilders, forty three guilders, and that each shall have to pay his own costs; with which award parties hold themselves content.
