About the Author:
Phil Page is a licensed physiotherapist, athletic training and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Page s clinical and research interests include the role of muscle imbalance in musculoskeletal pain and promoting physical activity for health-related fitness. He is also on the editorial board of the International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy and serves as a member of several national advisory boards. He has presented over 100 international lectures and workshops on exercise and rehabilitation topics and has over 50 publications including 3 books; most recently publishing Assessment and Treatment of Muscle Imbalance: The Janda Approach (Human Kinetics, 2010). Todd Ellenbecker is a physiotherapist with more than 30 years of experience. Todd serves as the Vice President of Medical Services for the ATP World Tour. Ellenbecker serves on three editorial boards, has authored 15 books including Strength Band Training (Human Kinetics, 2011) and Sport Therapy for the Shoulder (Human Kinetics, 2017). As well as this, he has also written 75+ book chapters and published 55+ peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals.
