The Mexican Drug Cartels decimated Mexico to supply the United States demand for drugs. The Cartels succeeded by corrupting Mexico Law Enforcement and Terrorizing the Mexican people. In this second novel of the Blue Line series the Sin Nombre Cartel begins the process to bring the United States to its knees by establishing its first major US base in a rural California Border Town using the methods honed back home. They infiltrate and seize control of a local Police Department in Rural California. The Cartel's incursion is foiled by an unlikely hero in an unexpected and perhaps illegal way. It's not your same old Police novel. elp

About the Author:
My Novels are about what I know and think. You may notice a few unpopular opinions now and again expressed by my characters; a few of their opinions we share. I lead a placid life these days with my wife of more than fifty-six years. As a kid, I was a Navy sailor in the Atlantic and Pacific aboard Destroyers, a Los Angeles Police Officer, Hollywood Vice Officer, Narcotics Officer. and Hollywood Detective. Oh yeah, I am a lawyer thanks to the GI Bill, thanks. I practiced Law in Los Angeles a while, was VP Operations of a public corporation, then went back to practicing law in Santa Barbara County until I retired to my home in Three Rivers, California twenty something years ago. The Blue Line Cartel is the second in my Blue Line Series. It is my eleventh publication. elp
