Wealth, freedom, and power... or the hangman's noose. 1672. The Caribbean. Inbred kings and corrupt aristocrats ruled the lands, while pirates carved out a domain of their own on the seas. Follow the crew of the Sea Drake through a wild time when pirates were as likely to end up rich and respectable as on the end of a noose, and Henry Morgan himself was an English admiral! Be warned, Jamaica Rum is a tale where the pirates act like it! No treasure chests, magic objects and kraken here, but plenty of ships plundered, enemies fought, and wenches... Ah yes, and as the title hints, this is a story where the rum is NEVER gone. But, on a pirate ship, would that really be a good thing? Buy the book, and see.

About the Author:
I live in Denver, Colorado, at the feet of the Rocky Mountains, with my wife and family. The child of hippie adventurer parents, I lived on my father’s sailboat, an island off the coast of Costa Rica, a converted school bus, and a ramshackle house in Ft. Lauderdale with a leaky roof and a sand yard before settling down to something resembling a normal childhood. Something in all that made me decide to enlist in the United States Air Force, then earn a bachelor’s degree in History and an MBA. In a family like mine, perhaps inevitably there would be a black sheep. A lifelong voracious reader, including fantasy, science fiction, and adventure, my influences are wide-ranging, but include Isaac Asimov, J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert E. Howard, C.S. Forester, and Ayn Rand. I’ve worked in accounting and finance for many years, but am greatly enjoying my dual life as a writer I am the author of several other books, including the science fiction epic Alien Empire, and the Blood on Bronze sword and sorcery series.
