Synopsis

In the year 3030 the world is just beginning to recover from an Asteroid strike a thousand years ago. Tia dreams of learning magic with the help of the fabled "Worm Crystal", so-called because it came to earth with the asteroid called 'The Worm'. However, she isn't sure the Crystal exists at all until a stranger comes looking for a healer to help the children of his land who are dying of a mysterious disease. He has a Crystal. Tia is a healer, but to help him she must travel thousands of miles, leaving everything and everyone she knows, with only her giant draft horse, 'Dollar', and the promise of a stranger. He will teach her magic.

As a child, I could sit for hours in front of the moss covered ancient stumps left by the loggers. I peopled them with Lords and Ladies, trolls, and fairies. Even now, approaching my second child-hood, I know the magic is there, if we could just reach that extra finger tip farther... Of course, it helps that I live in Oregon, on the coast, surrounded by ethereal beauty and natures magic. I live with my two cats, Sampson and Circe, and write, make little family history movies, and wait for family to come visiting. I hope you enjoy my flights of imagination.
