Jim Fetter has been an artist / illustrator for over 25 years. Born in Munich, Germany. Is American citizen living in the Pacific Northwest. Done everything from advertising illustrations to personal portraits for business and individuals. Everything I do is by hand, I first sketch out with pencil, then ink in, then paint in the colors with watercolor paint and a brush in hand. I don't do computer illustration, I do REAL art, that you can frame and hang on your wall, that's made by a human hand, not a a bunch of "1's", and "0's", lol!
