About the Author:

Karen Custer currently writes and teaches classes on Core Energetics and topics of consciousness in addition to maintaining a private practice in Energy therapy. She has worked with and trained professionals in alternative therapy techniques for almost two decades. Ms. Custer has studied a number of traditions from both the East and West and is known for her ability to synthesize and integrate different healing systems. She received her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 1983. Through her counseling practice, classes, workshops and retreats, her work has touched thousands of people.
