Review:
"[The book is] comprehensive, current, well written, and user friendly for both students and instructors."
"[This text] provides thorough coverage of public school finance and is written in language students can understand. Case studies are excellent. Students often fear a school finance class, but this text allies their fears and gives them a totally different perspective on funding schools."
