“When writing Lost Nowhere, I imagined a book I would like to have read when I was growing up. A magical book that transported me to an enchanted world, while it expanded the depths of my mind and challenged me to truly understand reality as we know it.

Throughout my adolescence I always had the feeling there was something bigger than myself but I didn’t know what or who to talk to. I had difficulty being present with people when I was experiencing so many supernatural occurrences play out around me. My dreams were full of lucid awareness, astral travel and mystical synchronicity. My meditations were like a vortex of spinning energy where I saw visions and met foreign people. Sometimes it scared me, or made me seem weird to others if I talked out loud about it.

I created this book as an exploration of my imagination. And through it I have adapted many spiritual philosophies, elements of consciousness, meditation, dreams, chakras, quantum physics- they are all entwined throughout my novel in mysterious and inspirational ways.
