Andrea Matallana es sociologa (Universidad de Buenos Aires), Master en Investigacion en Ciencias Sociales (UBA) y Doctora en Historia (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella). Ademas, se desempena como profesora del Departamento de Historia de la Universidad Torcuato di tella y participa como investigacion referidos a historia social de la Argentina del siglo XIX y XX.
