About the Author:
William Schwarzer, chairman of the Graveyard of the Atlantic museum exhibit on Billy Mitchell in Hatteras Village, North Carolina, has written numerous articles on the controversial aviator for newspapers and magazines. Schwarzer lives in Buxton, North Carolina, and this is his first book.
